If we held farmers and heritage food craftsmen in this country to the same level of fame as pop music stars or hollywood actors our food culture and food systems would be a lot better off than it has become in the past twenty years. Thank you Mr. Benton for the Tennessee hospitality, the great stories and most importantly for the high standards of a great craft . Today, we hung out with a ‘true’ rock star.
